The Midland Bay
Sailing Club, in Midland, Ontario (1.5 hours north of Toronto)
operates a sailing school in conjunction with the YMCA. Summer
attendance is about 130 young enthusiastic sailors. We require up to
7 instructors with qualifications from CYA green to red.
MBSC is located
in historic Huronia, one of Canada's great vacation destinations.
There are many opportunities for racing and sailing on beautiful
Georgian Bay, in addition to swimming at spectacular beaches and
other recreational diversions like hiking and sea kayaking.
Start date: June
23, with 5 days of training and facilities preparation.
Hours:
8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday with some variability.
End date:
August 22. Programs include White Sail, Bronze, and Learn-to-Race. We
will also be hiring for the AbleSail program.
Salaries:
are based on experience and qualifications, and are approximate to
the OSA recommended wages. |
